    Dear Mr. Brayton

Thank you so much for your thorough and fair review. You’ve given me a lot to think about, and it’s been a tremendous help. This being my first novel, I was braced for a white belt! Again, though…thanks.

  2. Dear Mr. Brayton,

My name is Justin Wilson (author of “The Boy in the Skull Mask”) and I wanted to thank you for being the first person to review my work, as well as give a fair review. I feel I walked into this with a little bit of arrogance in my own writing. The only people to tell me anything about this book were my friends and family, but I’ve longed for a random stranger to read and review.
If it’s not too much of an inconvenience, I would like to know what you think my strengths are as a writer (if any), and what I can do to make my characters and stories more engaging.
    Respectfully yours,

    Justin Wilson

  3. I’m interested in having you review my novel (contemporary fiction.) Is there a charge?

  4. Ms. Fontana, No, there is no charge. Send me an email at slb0@outlook.com with a description of the book, maybe a link to the buy site. Thanks.

  5. Sir Stephen:
I was stunned by the length and detail in your review of my novel ‘myIrin’. I appreciate the time you took to write your analysis of the interwoven chapters. Remus, the man holding an ebony cane with a silver goats head handle, Samyaza (fallen angel) … are the same conniving being (“morning star’). Thank you for taking a pause in defending yourself from a fifteen pound cat ! My two cats ruled my house while in college but allowed me to live there since I brought home food. 😄

  6. Edita A. Petrick

I left a comment after my review – did not find this place first. Anyway, thank you for the review and the time taken to read the book, My best regards, Edita A. Petrick

  7. Thanks for all the great reviews. Your one of my main references for new books that are right up my alley.

  8. Thanks for reading. It’ always good to know one has followers.

  9. Mr. Brayton,
Thanks for your fair and thoughtful review of Big Flies. This was my first novel and I will use your insightful breakdown of plot, dialogue and character development as I move forward.
    Best, Keith

  10. Hi Stephen, I found you on Tweet Your Books blog. I think you are an excellent book reviewer. I would love it if you would consider reviewing my mystery, Pretty Corpse, a police thriller. Please check out my Youtube trailer to get a sense of the story. https://youtu.be/7QHSvirTYdw
